LABORATORIO DE CULTIVOS CELULARES Y BIOLOGIA MOLECULAR.

Las actividades de este Laboratorio se relacionan con estudios de control hormonal y ambiental de procesos fisiológicos como el desarrollo y la reproducción en especies marinas de interés en acuicultura (lubina, lenguado). Asimismo, se aborda el estudio de la relaciones filogenéticas en moluscos opistobranquios, que está permitiendo realizar revisiones taxonómicas y detectar especies cripticas no descritas previamente. En particular, en el laboratorio se desarrollan estas líneas de investigación desde una perspectiva celular y molecular (extracción de ADN, identificación de genes de interés, clonación, análisis de la expresión génica, líneas celulares, hibridación in situ).
